Teachers are struggling to find ways to have conversations with young people.

We developed our Chats That Matter® programme for colleges and schools because we know that teachers are struggling to find ways to have conversations with young people about how to get things On The Up! We know staff in schools want the confidence to have conversations about the things that are getting in the way of young people learning and being happy at school. Schools are doing their utmost to help young people. Unfortunately, often staff feel it is not enough and they want new techniques to approach conversations confidently to help young people achieve good outcomes.

Our Chats That Matter® programme includes a Discovery Day to develop the coaching skills in school staff and includes a Coaching Toolkit of resources and online activities. Our approach fits perfectly with an Early Help approach to create great conversations for great outcomes and the Gatsby Benchmarks for encouraging aspiration and creating opportunity.

We believe that everybody wants to be their best selves!

Our Be Your Best Self® concepts provide fun ways to talk about the tough stuff. Our tried and tested concepts provide a fun way to talk about the things young people find difficult, leading to increased resilience, resourcefulness and emotional wellbeing.

When young people feel good about themselves, they learn better.

We focus on discovering strengths, purpose, passion and potential to help people learn, grow and achieve. Our strength-based  approach includes innovative coaching resources. Your staff and children will love to use these tools to coach young people to see what is getting in their way, helping them navigate the trials, tribulations and transitions they experience in school. Contact us today and let us show you how we can help you have Chats That Matters® in schools and make sure the best is yet to come.
