Maybe at this time of year you are caught up with gift giving, how about a reminder that at this time of life you have unique gifts to share with the world.

See your strengths

Each of us have unique abilities, they’re our natural strengths. Even at this point in your career you can focus on strengths, either uncovering new ones or rediscovering ones you’ve have lost sight of. When you play to your strengths you’re happier, more successful and more fulfilled! 1

As a strengths-based coach the best part of my job is helping clients discover their true talents and strengths – the qualities and skills that help them shine!

Discover new directions

These coaching conversations can lead in all sorts of directions. For some, discovering personal strengths highlights what they love to do (and are great at doing) This can lead them to explore how to do more of what they feel driven to do and it unlocks a new sense of purpose and flow.

For others it becomes a reminder of strengths they haven’t used for years. This prompts a desire to reclaim what they have been missing and come back to their truest selves.

Lower stress higher self esteem

For others they see strengths they didn’t know they had, and new career opportunities suddenly seem viable and appealing. People who use their strengths have lower stress levels and higher self esteem2. What’s not to love about that?

Your strengths are also your gifts

So that’s all fabulous on an individual level. But it doesn’t stop there! There’s more. 100% of us have some form of strengths blindness and only 30% of us have a good understanding of our strengths. 3 That’s a whole lot of untapped potential within each of us. And lots that we can learn about ourselves if we look through the lens of our strengths.

Imagine if more of us understood our strengths fully and used them as gifts to share with the world! How exciting is that?

I wonder…

🌟 If you were happier, and more fulfilled who else would benefit?

🌟 With lower stress and higher self esteem what would change for you?

🌟How could your strengths be your gifts to benefit; your family, your team, or your community?

🌟Fancy some strengths-based coaching with me? Maybe that’s a gift you’d like for yourself this year.

Let’s chat about it.

Here’s to you getting things on the up! Seasons greetings and warm wishes, 🎄❄️🎅
